I'm not real sure if this is a candleholder or a vase but my research as shown it used as both...there's a lip in the bottom, perfect for a taper candle. Its a beautiful sky blue with opalescent ruffled top & allover hobnail pattern. Its not marked so I believe it to made before 1970 as it wasn't until then that Fenton started to label & mark their pieces. I'm not real sure but I think they stopped the production of their glass pieces in 2011 & now concentrate on their jewelry line?? It's just over 5.5" tall at its highest (4.5" at the lowest ruffle) & the base is 4.5" long. Its in very good to excellent condition with no chips or repairs but, as I've tried to show in the last picture, there's a line that looks-like an actual floating hair in the glass! I'm not quite sure how else to explain, its not a crack or a mark that you can feel from either side & only noticeable when closely inspected!
