Hello, I’m a 40 year old public servant with a small, well-behaved dog. I’m looking for a bright bachelor unit or 1-bedroom anywhere between Victoria and North Cowichan for up to 1650-1700$. I am respectful and conscientious. I used to be a building manager and can maintain a unit and protect your investment. I lead a healthy, clean and simple lifestyle. I don’t drink or smoke or have any other imposing habits. I own a small car in good working order and don’t require storage space. My current situation has deteriorated due to an unruly, drug-using neighbour. I just want a quiet place where I can rest after a day of work and prepare for the next.
